Chakra Alignment Trauma Release - Palm Springs

Step into a deeply restorative desert ritual designed to harmonize the body’s energy centers and support a renewed sense of balance. This three-part experience brings together sacred cleansing, craniosacral work, and hot stone massage to encourage physical, mental, and emotional equilibrium while nurturing overall wellness.

The Sacred Voyage

The journey begins with a Mayan-inspired ceremonial copal cleansing rooted in traditional chakra understanding. Copal is used to purify and uplift the crown chakra, helping clear energetic blockages and inviting a brighter, more open flow of vital energy. The result is a feeling of clarity, lightness, and spiritual alignment.

From there, the experience moves into gentle craniosacral work. This subtle yet powerful practice focuses on harmonizing the body’s inner rhythms and supporting the energy centers connected to the chakras. Through careful attention to areas such as the cranial bones, this session encourages balance, relaxation, and the body’s natural ability to heal. Guided by the breath, the process invites a meditative state that deepens awareness and inner stillness.

As breath and craniosacral work settle the nervous system, the ritual unfolds into a soothing hot stone massage. Warm stones are placed on specific energy centers to help realign the chakras, release tension, and ease stagnant energy. This final stage offers comfort, warmth, and deep rejuvenation, leaving the body feeling relieved and restored.

Through the flowing connection of breath, craniosacral work, and hot stones, this Desert Energy Mind Body Alignment ritual offers a meaningful path toward wholeness. It is an immersive experience designed to refresh the body, calm the mind, and support emotional and spiritual well-being.

This is a solo experience and no groups. Only one person private booking: Highly recommended for guests who have attended one or more programs at Island Tribe Wellness - Palm Springs.

Cancellation & Refunds: Guests must contact our Wellness Team for cancellation approvals or updates. For bookings made more than a week in advance, cancellation requests must be submitted 7 days before the experience; for bookings made within 7 days, 48 hours’ notice is required; and for bookings made within 48 hours, 12 hours’ notice is required. Upon approval, store credit, updates, or a refund will be provided.
