This sailing incentive is designed to bring teams together through adventure, shared experiences, and time at sea. Created for corporate events and incentives, it offers a memorable way to reward employees, strengthen connections, and inspire motivation through a thoughtfully curated journey across Ibiza and Formentera.

Since 2008, the team behind the concept has specialized in sailing events and full-service logistics, offering both proven formats and fully customized programs. Working alongside your internal marketing or incentive department, they develop a one-of-a-kind experience that reflects your company spirit through strong bonds on board, adventure, and meaningful time on the ocean.

Based in the Balearic Islands, the event can be implemented on yacht fleets anywhere in the world, including all incoming logistics. The atmosphere combines sailing, yoga, meditation, watersports, excursions, beach jam sessions, hiking, diving, snorkeling, e-bike tours, beach restaurants, and sunset gatherings. The experience is limited to 40 eco-travelers maximum.

Participation in each highlight is voluntary, and guests are encouraged to follow their own rhythm. With the exception of the professional diving sessions on “Beluga,” everything is included in the ticket price, including full pension and side events. Daily timing may vary depending on weather and sailing conditions, but the program is generally shaped around a relaxed and balanced flow.

The fleet includes 4 modern and comfortable sailing yachts of 12 to 15 meters, 1 sailing diving center yacht, 1 organizational yacht for the team and ambassadors, and 1 large speed boat tender for comfort and safety. Guests may choose from the sailing homes “Ariel,” “Luziana,” “Antares,” “Mussa III,” and “Beluga” for diving guests, while “Octopus C” serves as the team boat and mothership.

Accommodation details for “Ariel” or similar: length 15.40m, 5 double bedrooms, 10 maximum guests, and 3 bathrooms. Prices are the same across all boats and are offered on a first come, first serve basis.

All prices include full pension and participation in all side events. Only diving sessions must be booked separately with the Beluga team. Single travelers can also be connected with other guests to share a double cabin or reserve one privately, subject to availability.

The project also supports active ocean prevention and the environmental foundation PROARTSO. Guests are invited to participate as ambassadors, donors, or volunteers in beach cleaning and educational events, helping spread awareness and protect the oceans for future generations.
