This practical 8-day immersive foundation training in table bodywork is designed to help you build the skills and confidence to offer your own sessions — either as a new direction or as an addition to your current work.

You will be introduced to the SOUL IN TOUCH approach, where touch becomes a language of presence, listening, and connection.

Through guided hands-on practice, support, and shared experience, you will learn the foundations of giving and receiving touch in a grounded, embodied, and practical way.

What you will learn

how to offer a complete 90–120 minute bodywork session with structure, flow, and intuitive touch
a somatic approach that goes beyond technique, helping you create a distinctive experience that stands apart from conventional massage
how to hold a safe, grounded, and connected space
inspiration from Thai Yoga Massage and Sensory Repatterning, with focus on:
- rhythm and flow as a natural expression of touch
- sensitivity, listening, and responsiveness
- holding space with presence and awareness
how to use your body, breath, and posture efficiently and sustainably
how to integrate elements of YogaQiFlow and Qi Gong to support presence, flow, and awareness

The emphasis is on integration, simplicity, and real application — so you can bring this work into your own practice.

Rooted in the SOUL IN TOUCH method, the training is enriched by YogaQiFlow, Qi Gong, and Qi exploration exercises, supporting presence, body awareness, and a natural sense of flow that directly shapes the quality of your touch.

Who is this training for?

This training may be right for you if you:

are curious to learn bodywork in a practical and accessible way

already work with the body — such as Thai Yoga Massage practitioners (on the mat), massage therapists, yoga teachers, Pilates instructors, or movement practitioners — and feel called to expand onto the table
come from a holistic or therapeutic background, such as Reiki, TCM, physiotherapy, or osteopathy, and want to integrate touch in a more embodied and connected way
want to grow your confidence in giving and receiving touch in a safe and supportive environment

Prerequisites

This training is open to participants with basic familiarity in bodywork or embodied practices.

You can join if you have:

completed a SOUL IN TOUCH 2-day workshop (online or in-person)
or experience in bodywork, movement, or a holistic/therapeutic field such as Thai Yoga Massage, yoga, Pilates, Reiki, TCM, physiotherapy, or osteopathy

A note on learning and integration

This training is a practical and experiential learning space, where understanding grows through direct experience.

You will be introduced to the foundations of the SOUL IN TOUCH approach to table bodywork, integrating technique with presence, awareness, and connection.

Rather than focusing only on doing, the emphasis is on how you touch — developing sensitivity, flow, and a grounded way of working that can be integrated into your own practice.

For those already working in holistic or therapeutic fields, the training offers fresh perspectives and tools that can naturally complement and enrich existing work.

We are not meant to learn and grow in isolation.

Throughout the training, you will experience the value of practicing in community — sharing touch, exchange, feedback, and moments of reflection.

Beyond learning a skill, bodywork training is also an invitation to meet yourself — to listen more deeply, soften, and grow through the experience.

Casa el Riego, Tenerife, Spain

Casa rural el Riego is a 120-year-old house on an ecological finca on the eastern side of the beautiful island of Tenerife, still authentic and very calm.

The house offers 6 guestrooms with private bathrooms and a 4x12 meter salt-water pool for shared use, with splendid views of the mountains and the sea.

The finca and house are maintained in a sustainable and ecological way. We eat what we find in our gardens, and in other ecological gardens, freshly prepared and with love.

Learn the essence of Qi Gong — developing body mechanics, breath awareness, and presence
Experience YogaQiFlow, a signature blend of Qi Gong, yoga, and embodied breathwork — preparing you on all levels for the bodywork practice
Develop your skills in table-based bodywork, learning a structured sequence inspired by Thai Yoga Massage, including assisted stretches, energy line work, and conscious touch
