• Join our Saturday morning beachside yoga practice on the Espigón Bogatelle.
• We practice on firm, stable ground directly in front of the sea.
• In harmony with the elements: feel the contrast between the grounding support of the earth and the fluid energy of the nearby ocean, adding depth to your yoga practice.
• The session begins with a grounding warm-up to ease you into movement and prepare both body and mind.
• The practice blends yoga traditions with flowing movement, creating a dynamic and creative flow.
• Open to all levels: whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, you will find your place here. Variations are offered so everyone can join comfortably.

PRACTICAL INFO

• For most of the year, the practice takes place on the beach.
• Only when the weather is not cooperative do we move to our cozy indoor shala.
• Bring your yoga mat, or rent one for the session with a personal message to Chris the day before.
• You are sure to enjoy the strong sense of community here.
