LabX Strength is a Level 2 class created for clients who are ready to deepen their training with greater resistance, more stamina work, and a stronger challenge. Through purposeful transitions, heavier springs, and extended working sets, the class builds muscular strength while staying true to Lab’s signature emphasis on form, alignment, and control. Strength here means slow, intentional intensity — a class designed to test stability, stamina, and power without sacrificing quality of movement.
This class is a progression from LabX Signature. Clients are recommended to complete at least 5 Lab X Signature classes before joining.
