Mt. Rainier Yoga & Meditation Hike | Guided Forest Bathing & Meadow Yoga
Saturday, September 19, 2026 / $75
Price includes:
Meet at 8:00am in Seattle, or 9:00am in Enumclaw. The hike begins around 10:30am, finishes by 4pm, and you should be back home by about 6pm.
The trail is 5–6 miles round trip with 1,500 feet of elevation gain. It is in excellent condition, but there are some ups and downs, so a decent level of fitness is needed.
Yoga & meditation: We’ll practice a few simple standing poses in the meadows and enjoy guided meditations along the way.
Transport: Carpooling is encouraged. The trailhead is about two hours from Seattle, and the road is paved and excellent all the way there.
Bring: A small backpack, water, maybe hiking poles, and good walking boots or shoes. Bring a bathing suit if you’d like to try the cold plunge.
Wildlife: In 2022, participants saw bears, an elk, mountain goats, and marmots — there is plenty of wildlife in this season.
Register: Call or email Roy at
This trail is on the White River, northeast side of Rainier National Park. The drive is beautiful, and the trailhead is just before Sunrise. The weather is usually cool at this time of year, making it ideal for walking. If you have a National Park pass, please bring it; otherwise, everyone will contribute.
