Accommodation is kept neat, clean, and well organised, with a focus on privacy, hygiene, and comfort. Rooms are available as shared or single occupancy, and students have access to 24/7 RO filtered drinking water, free Wi-Fi, CCTV security, and all course materials. The aim is to create a home-away-from-home atmosphere.
The food philosophy is rooted in yogic principles of Ahimsa, Sattva, and Prana. Meals are prepared in a hygienic environment by experienced cooks, using fresh vegetables, grains, pulses, mild spices, and other ingredients suited to a sattvic diet.
