This retreat invites participants to develop steady awareness in every moment of practice—whether sitting, walking, or moving through daily activities. As experience is met with openness, understanding begins to deepen naturally.
Awareness here is not about pushing the mind into a specific state. Instead, it means gently noticing whatever is present, whether it feels pleasant, unpleasant, or neutral. Alongside this, a spirit of kindness and goodwill is cultivated, helping awareness rest in a warm and friendly attitude. Supported by this softness, wisdom can emerge in a natural and balanced way.
When awareness, kindness, and wisdom come together, they create the conditions for a practice that is steady, grounded, and liberating—both during the retreat and in everyday life.
This retreat is open to everyone and is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators, provided the attendance prerequisites below are met. The program includes teachings, instructions, periods of sitting and walking meditation, practice dialogues with the teachers, and Q&R opportunities. The retreat is held in Noble Silence.
Partial attendance is not available. In addition, please consider joining only if your current life circumstances allow you to take part in an important modern renunciation practice: remaining offline and avoiding phone or text contact for the full duration of the retreat. Some exceptions may be granted in urgent family situations.
