You are invited into a journey toward wholeness through movement, stillness, and deep rest. Together, we will explore ritual, respect, and regulation as a way to remember and embody a more complete sense of self within a supportive community.
Each day will weave together movement, stillness, quiet, nature exploration, and spacious time for silence and reflection. Guided meditation and yoga nidra will be used to soften stress patterns and bring back clarity. Afternoon sessions will feature dharma talks, classes on medicinal wild plants and healing herbal remedies, and embodiment practices designed to reconnect you with your inner cycles and the subtler rhythms of the earth.
You will gather accessible tools for bringing ritual into daily life, strengthening resilience through self-regulation, and deepening respect for your body, mind, and environment. Throughout the experience, you will be supported as you expand a sense of trustworthy connection through both personal and shared practice.
You will be invited to deepen your relationship with the living earth through:
By the end of the retreat, you will leave with embodied resources and an expanded perspective to carry into everyday life. Return to balance during times of challenge and stay anchored in wholeness, even amid change.
