Choose the fasting method that suits you best: the classic Buchinger juice fast with juices, broths, teas, and water, or the detox vegan alkaline fast combined with intermittent fasting, allowing a 16-hour eating pause. Both approaches are flexible and can be adjusted at any time to match your personal wellbeing. You are free to switch, adapt, omit elements, or add extra snacks as needed.

Movement and Fasting

The combination of movement and fasting unfolds its full potential in the beautiful winter landscape of the Karwendel mountains. The focus here is on shared experiences and the joy of being active in nature. Whether skiing, cross-country skiing, or winter hiking, there are suitable options for every level, both in groups and individually. Beginners are warmly welcome to try new activities.

Yoga and Meditation

The retreat includes Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, Yin yoga, and Sukshma Vyayama. These holistic practices combine bodywork, breathwork, and meditation to support inner balance. A special highlight is the Heart Chakra Meditation, which combines movement to meditative music with a final period of stillness. The exact yoga styles depend on the offer of the respective yoga teacher.

Sauna and Relaxation

After an active day, the complimentary sauna area at Hotel Central invites you to unwind. Choose between a Finnish sauna, a bio outdoor sauna, and aromatic steam baths. An infrared cabin completes the wellness experience.

Your Daily Schedule — Flexible and Individual

The retreat begins at 5:00 PM on arrival day and ends at 10:00 AM on departure day. The guiding principle is: “Everything is possible — nothing is mandatory!” Shape your time freely with relaxed mornings and afternoons that leave room for retreat, excursions, or massages. The schedule can be adapted flexibly to weather and snow conditions.

Mornings

Start the day with an energizing morning walk followed by exercises. Afterwards, enjoy your alkaline breakfast or soothing teas during Buchinger fasting.

Late Morning

Choose between guided group activities such as skiing, hiking, or snowshoe hiking, or spend the morning independently with cross-country skiing.

Midday

A strengthening soup for alkaline fasting participants or refreshing juices for Buchinger fasting guests awaits you. Use the time for rest, liver compresses, or relaxation.

Afternoons

Unwind in the sauna and enjoy yoga and meditation, offered three times per week.

Evenings

End the day with a delicious dinner. Look forward to talks, videos, and discussions on fasting and nutrition three times a week, as well as a atmospheric night hike with a toboggan run, offered once during the retreat.
