I began my yoga journey in Germany in 2009. The blend of conscious movement, breath, and mantras gently softened the armor I carried on the outside and reached my heart from within. Then, in 2012, I encountered Qi Gong during a Thai Yoga Massage course and was deeply moved by the healing power of this ancient practice.

Since then, I have been weaving these two healing traditions together through yoga and Qi Gong.

In 2013, I began my professional training to become a certified yoga teacher, studying for six months at the Yoga Institute “Soul of Yoga” in Encinitas, California, USA.

After many years of teaching yoga and Qi Gong across the globe, while staying connected to my heart, I developed my signature approach, now known as YogaQiFlow — an intuitive way of practicing that transforms yoga into more than a healing tool, turning it into a personal piece of art.

YogaQiFlow Teacher Training (50h)

A Transformative Expansion for Yoga Teachers

The YogaQiFlow TTC is a unique 6-day training created for certified yoga teachers with 200h+ who want to integrate Qi Gong, conscious movement, and intuitive touch into their practice and teaching. Grounded in the SOUL IN TOUCH philosophy, this training offers an in-depth exploration of the energetics of movement, embodied awareness, and the art of assisting.

Each day builds naturally on the previous one:

Day 1 – Pure Qi Gong Practice & Teaching Fundamentals
Day 2 – Yin YogaQiFlows: soft, slow, deeply grounding
Day 3 – Yang YogaQiFlows: flowing, powerful, breath-centered
Day 4 – The Art of Touch: includes the 1-Day Essentials Bodywork Course
Day 5 – The Art of Assisting: intuitive, respectful, and energetically aligned
Day 6 – Final Observational Class (everyone teaches)

This TTC has already been offered twice and continues to evolve with the intention of weaving ancient wisdom together with modern embodiment practices.
