How The Leadership Retreat Unfolds
This retreat is designed for founders and senior leaders carrying the demands of growth.
Day 1 - Decompression & Awareness
Guests arrive, settle in, and begin stepping out of day-to-day pressure. This first stage creates space to slow down, disconnect from work mode, and reflect honestly on stress, responsibility, and what success may currently be costing them.
Day 2 - Clarity & Recovery
The second day offers a deeper reset through breathwork, nervous system regulation, leadership pressure, and sustainable performance. Guests explore burnout, decision fatigue, emotional shutdown, and the habits that make high performers struggle to switch off, with built-in time for rest, reflection, and integration.
Day 3 — Leadership Under Pressure
The final day shifts into challenge and empowerment. Through experiences such as ice bath work, arrow breaking, rebar bending, board breaking, and firewalking, guests practice staying calm under pressure, facing hesitation, and building confidence, courage, and emotional control.

After years of living at full speed through RAF service, running multiple businesses, and raising a large family, they reached a point where success no longer felt fulfilling. Life was busy, but not balanced.
When illness and burnout forced them to slow down, they began a deeper healing journey and rediscovered what truly matters: peace, presence, and purpose. From that turning point, Tranquil Waters Retreat was born.
Today, they hold space for others to experience that same shift: to pause, release, and reconnect with who they really are. Their mission is simple: to help guests return home to themselves, lighter, calmer, and more alive than ever.

Designed for comfort and ease, this spacious suite offers a restful setting with a grand solid oak super king bed and a bamboo memory foam mattress for deeply restorative sleep. Crisp 100% cotton bed linen, fluffy towels, and robes are provided for your stay, adding a thoughtful touch throughout.
The room’s favorite chaise lounge invites you to settle in and unwind, while high ceilings, exposed beams, and dual aspect windows create a bright, airy atmosphere.
