If you would like to explore Pilates reformers and other Pilates machines, or simply refine your mat work with ideas you can bring home, this retreat is designed with you in mind.

Many guests come especially for the Pilates classes, and this dedicated retreat has been created to offer a personalised experience that can be adapted to your needs. You can add extra mat or Pilates reformer sessions to your package and fully immerse yourself in the practice.

Classes

To support both progression and connection, the retreat includes a mix of group classes and individual attention.

• Daily group Pilates class: Enjoy a welcoming group setting with time to connect with other guests while benefiting from expert guidance. These mat-based classes use props such as circles, balls and bands.
• 2 Pilates reformer sessions (1 Private + 1 Duet): These machine-based sessions provide detailed support and focused attention, helping you advance safely with the Pilates reformer, tower or Wunda chair. They can be arranged to suit your schedule, subject to teacher availability, and complement the mat classes beautifully.
• Additional equipment sessions: Extra sessions with the instructors may also be booked at an additional price, subject to teacher availability, for guests who wish to further expand their package.

Private or duet reformer classes last 50 minutes.

• Access to all yoga classes: While Pilates is the main focus, you may also choose to join yoga or meditation sessions with the retreat’s warm and knowledgeable teachers, adding variety, challenge, or a different movement experience to your stay.

Food

Food is an important part of the Azulfit experience, with every meal prepared with care and attention. Guests enjoy a complete meal programme that nourishes the body and satisfies the senses.

Meals are inclusive throughout the week and are balanced, plant-based and generous, with flavour and variety always at the forefront. They help revitalise the body, create meaningful connections around the table, and remain one of the highlights of the stay.

Venue

This retreat takes place at Surya Retreat in Fuerteventura, a villa set among volcanoes with views stretching toward the sea.

The property reflects the best of Spanish architecture, with whitewashed walls, beautiful wooden beams, and an internal courtyard filled with flowers and palm trees.

The kitchen and lounge form the heart of the retreat, warmed by a wood-burning fire and framed by views of the ocean and surrounding countryside.

Outside, spacious gardens include a large swimming pool, jacuzzi hot tub and sun lounging area. Hammocks offer shade, while patio chairs invite you to unwind with a book or spend time with new friends.

Morning classes are followed by brunch at 10:15, and inclusive evening meals are served at 19:30.
