From the first breath on the mat to the closing sound bath, Rie leads you through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and deep rest. The shala opens directly to the forest, with birdsong in place of city noise and mountain air replacing exhaust.

You may arrive carrying the weight of the week, but you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and gently reminded that stillness is not a luxury — it is essential. Organic, locally grown plant-based meals are included throughout the day.
