Yin & Pin offers a deeply nourishing blend of Yin yoga and acupuncture, bringing together meditative stillness and subtle energetic support. Acupuncture works through the body’s meridian system, helping to release blockages, restore balance, and encourage the smooth flow of qi, or life force. With small needles placed carefully and intentionally, the practice supports a deeper return to the body’s natural healing state.

Guided by Yoga Therapist Gen Braund and Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Practitioner Kate O'Leary, this immersive 2 hour and 15 minute experience combines Yin yoga, meditative sound, and acupuncture to support seasonal transition. Kate will move through the space offering acupuncture during practice and throughout an extended savasana, while Gen holds the room with her grounding presence and soothing voice. With only 14 places available, this intimate event is expected to fill quickly.
