From Friday through Monday, participants will be guided into a shared journey of sound, ceremony, and self-discovery, with the heart as the central compass.
This intimate and transformational workshop invites you to witness multiple live performances by East Forest, while Radha leads embodiment practices including Self-Awakening Yoga, Yin Yoga, and breathwork. Designed for all levels, the program opens a welcoming path toward inner insight through direct, felt experience. By turning toward the wisdom of the heart, participants may discover new pathways to fortitude and healing.
Scholarship support is available from East Forest and Radha for those in need; additional assistance may also be requested through an Esalen scholarship application.
