This 7-day program is designed to support your journey of inner reconnection through a variety of activities and learning opportunities. The Eco Retreat program includes yoga, mindfulness training, chanting, breathwork, gardening, self-empowerment activities, and the chance to take part in karma yoga and cross-cultural exchange with the local community. Activities may change with the season and can also be adapted to reflect participants’ wishes.

Held in a small group and with a deeply personal atmosphere, this 7-day retreat offers an intimate experience. It is led and facilitated by Kiran, the founder of this space, who shares his knowledge through a distinctive approach and invites you to settle into the magic of the place.

Typical day

While the schedule may vary, a typical day could look like this:

7am to 8am: Yoga
8am to 9am: Free time
9am to 10am: Breakfast
11am to 12pm: Karma Yoga
12pm to 12.30pm: Breathing and Relaxation Class
1pm to 2pm: Lunch
3pm to 4pm: Mindful Practice (meditation, silence, reading, artistic activities, walking…)
4.30pm to 5pm: Chanting
5pm to 6pm: Dinner

Each session welcomes a small group of 10 to 12 participants.

The cost for the full week is 20,000 rupees and includes accommodation, meals, and all activities.
