JENNY HAYNES

Jenny is a breathwork, yoga, and sound facilitator offering inclusive, multimodality wellness practices designed to help you rediscover joy in life.

She has been trusted by Nike, Third Space London, Liverpool FC, Virgin Atlantic, Fabletics, Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place, Breathpod, Slomo, Bestival, Lost Village, Boardmasters, and more.

Expect a playful, relatable, and welcoming experience with no intimidating jargon or formal atmosphere — simply come as you are and explore breath, body, and soul in a way that feels right for you.

ABOUT PELION

Pelion Homes offers a warm welcome in Greece’s hidden gem, where mountains and sea meet in a setting made for rest, renewal, and connection. Whether you are seeking a wellness retreat, a peaceful escape, or an authentic taste of local culture, this is a place to feel at home in body, mind, and soul.

Practice takes place in the shala with 360-degree panoramic views of the sea and mountains. The farm-to-table experience celebrates locally sourced, home-cooked meals throughout the year. In August, when retreats pause, the vegetarian and vegan farm-to-table restaurant opens to the public, showcasing fresh ingredients from the garden and local Pelion farmers.
