Nervous System Reset Retreat Weekend in Dorset – Rest, Heal & Reconnect
Over the weekend, you’ll take part in vinyasa and restorative yoga, along with workshops focused on vagus nerve support and nervous system reset with Saira. These sessions are suitable for all abilities and are designed to help you feel grounded, open, and supported.
On Saturday afternoon, enjoy a guided contrast therapy session with a wood-fired barrel sauna and cold plunge. Throughout the weekend, you are also welcome to take a wild swim in the private lake, just steps from the house.
There is time to paddle-board on the lake, pause on one of the hidden sun loungers, or simply enjoy the stillness of this tucked-away place. Two sound healing workshops will bring together gong and seven chakra crystal bowls, alongside daily meditation and mantra sharing for positive affirmations.
You’ll also have the chance to book a holistic treatment with the therapist on site, including massage, healing, or reflexology from £40.
