Hi, I’m Melissa.

For more than 30 years, I have supported women on paths of deep healing, nervous system restoration, and soul remembrance. My background includes Rebirthing Breathwork, trauma-informed intuitive coaching, yoga, energy healing, and holistic health coaching, bringing together ancient wisdom and modern somatic tools.

My work is rooted in creating safety — a space where you can soften, feel, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body. I especially support women in midlife who are ready to move beyond performing, people-pleasing, and emotional disconnection, and who understand that true healing goes deeper than mindset alone.

This 7-day immersion is designed for women ready to reconnect with their bodies, release emotional armour, and reclaim the truth they were never given permission to express. It is not about fixing yourself. It is about creating enough safety for your real self to rise.

What You’ll Experience:

Nervous System Nourishment — Daily somatic check-ins, rest rituals, and gentle feminine practices to help your body move out of survival mode.

Midlife often brings to the surface what has been avoided for years. It is the chapter where the masks, the pushing, and the proving can no longer hold. This retreat is for the woman who is ready to stop running from herself and begin living with greater freedom, honesty, and ease.

You will also experience the support of sisterhood, sharing this journey with like-minded women in a space of compassion, encouragement, and deep connection.

Your Eco Wellness Retreat Space in Bali

Set among Bali’s lush landscapes, the retreat space offers a peaceful haven for mind, body, and soul. The Bamboo Yoga Shala overlooks the forest and a crystal pool, while the natural water pool, lotus ponds, sacred fire, organic gardens, medicinal herbs, edible flowers, fruit trees, and nearby river all invite you into a deeper connection with nature.

The Food

Meals are prepared with care using locally grown ingredients, organic where possible. The menu is plant-based, gluten-free, healthy, and delicious. Your stay includes daily breakfast and nine meals, including the welcome and closing dinners.

The Accommodation

Choose between private or twin-share accommodation. Rooms are air-conditioned and include bathrobes, towels, duvets, mosquito nets, comfortable mattresses with 300ct bedsheets, a handmade tea set, essential oil diffuser, desk, seating area, bathtub or rain shower, biodegradable bath amenities, bamboo toothbrushes, and a hair dryer.

Bali is known for its warmth, beauty, spirituality, and living traditions. Ubud, in particular, is often described as a place of medicine and synchronicity, attracting seekers and healers from around the world.
