Join us on the peaceful shores of Nusa Lembongan for a two-day Sound Healing training designed to restore, inspire, and reconnect. This immersive 20-hour Yoga Alliance certified course offers a rich introduction to vibration, frequency, and the therapeutic power of sound in one of Bali’s most beautiful island settings.
Created for those who want to deepen their own relationship with sound and energy, this training also provides the tools and confidence to guide Sound Healing in classes, workshops, retreats, or private sessions. With a strong emphasis on embodied learning, you’ll move beyond theory and into direct experience, building practical skills through hands-on practice, feedback, and mentorship.
What you’ll explore:
Set in the tropical calm of Nusa Lembongan, the experience is designed to feel both educational and restorative. Between sessions, you’ll have time to enjoy ocean swims, surf, beachside breakfasts, nourishing food, and the gentle rhythm of island life. The training takes place at Santosha Yoga Village, with accommodation options ranging from budget-friendly guesthouses to luxury ocean-view villas, all within easy walking distance of the studio, cafes, and beaches.
We’ve made arrival simple, too. Nusa Lembongan is a safe and easy 30-minute boat ride from mainland Bali, and support is available for transport and island arrival.
This course is open to yoga teachers as well as anyone drawn to the healing wisdom of Sound Healing. If you are on the teaching path, you’ll receive a 20-Hour Sound Healing Certification and 20 Hours Yoga Alliance CEU. If you are joining for personal growth, you’ll be invited into a profound inward journey that deepens your connection to your body, breath, and inner landscape.

The training is led by Mikey Pantuso, a yoga, Sound Healing, and breathwork facilitator from Canada. An E-RYT 500 teacher with Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, and Sound Healing training, Mikey brings anatomical awareness, interoceptive depth, and a trauma-informed approach to his teaching. His work is grounded in his own healing journey, and his background as a former touring musician adds depth to the soundscapes he creates.
