Sometimes all it takes is a brief pause to listen to your body, let go of what isn’t yours, and remember how good it feels to be in your body.
We invite you to a cozy evening at Inhale Studio, where movement will meet breath, and self-care will become the most important part of your day.
45-minute body workout
This isn’t a workout focused on results. It’s time for your body.
Through mindful movement, we’ll strengthen your entire body, improve your mobility, posture, and stability, release tension, and allow your body to move more easily and freely. We’ll focus not on how much we do, but on how we feel while moving.
After the workout, we’ll move on to...
A 30-minute breathing practice
We’ll let our bodies settle down, our breathing slow, and our thoughts quiet. The breathing practice will help release the day’s tension, reduce stress, and restore inner balance. Depending on your needs that day, the practice can provide more alertness and energy or help you calm down, relax, and prepare your body for rest in the evening.
P.S. This breathing practice is not suitable for pregnant women, people with high blood pressure, or those diagnosed with eye conditions.
The session will be led by Eglė Kamarauskienė—a physical therapist and the founder of “Inhale.”
I believe that movement is more than just physical activity. It’s a way to get to know your body better and build a friendly relationship with it.
As a physical therapist, I design each session so that the movement is safe, meaningful, and accessible to everyone. It’s important to me that movement strengthens the body, reduces tension, and helps you feel better.
The breathing practice will be led by Aida Rafanavičė— who has been practicing various forms of meditation for over 15 years and has personally performed this breathing practice more than 700 times.
This evening is for anyone who wants to slow down, even if just for a little while, and leave the session feeling fulfilled or at least with a refreshed body.

Aida has been practicing various forms of meditation for more than 15 years. These practices marked the beginning of her own journey toward deeper self-awareness—a continuous process of learning to listen to herself more closely, recognize her inner needs, and let go of what prevents her from living more authentically.Over the years, Aida has explored various approaches to self-discovery and...
