PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Spend five full days with Carolyn at Nectar Yoga on Bowen Island in a deeply practical training created for both personal growth and professional development. This comprehensive course invites you to explore the powerful effects of breathwork, with clear guidance on when, where, and how to apply a range of practices that support both down-regulation and activation of the nervous system for optimal wellbeing.

Through a thoughtful mix of hands-on practice teaching, engaging lectures, and dynamic group discussion, you’ll build a strong foundation in both the theory and application of breathwork and pranayama. Whether you’re looking to deepen your own practice or expand your teaching toolkit, this training offers the tools to confidently support a wide variety of students and communities.
