CANCELLED UNTIL AUGUST: Dharma Rocks Program with Lily Pan and Hilary Borison

Held on the third Sunday of each month from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm, this in-person program at IMC offers children a playful introduction to meditation and mindfulness through games, stories, and art.

The current meeting has been cancelled until August. In May, families are invited to gather instead for the Vesak celebration on Sunday morning, May 3.

Vegetarian pizza will be provided. Parents and guardians may either drop off and pick up their children or stay at IMC during the session. Participants are asked to register at least two days in advance.
