The programme begins with preparation and an introduction. On Saturday and Sunday, you will take part in two inner journeys with your chosen plant medicine. On the third day, there is time for integration, and you depart for home around 11:00 AM.

My name is Raphaela, and I provide aftercare as a psychologist and coach for MindTravellers.

Through years of experience as a primary care psychologist and independent coach, I have supported many people in their healing and development journeys. My own experiences with plant medicines have shown me how meaningful, and how intense, these experiences can be. You may have gained powerful insights during a ceremony, while also being left with many questions. A journey with plant medicine can create a shift in the (sub)conscious mind that may have lasting effects.

If you need support in processing this experience, or if you have questions that require professional attention, I can help. The initial consultation, lasting 30 minutes, is always free of charge and serves as an introduction as well as a way to clarify your needs. From there, we can explore what is needed and how I may assist you. This can take place online via video call, and if preferred, I also have a meeting room available in Rotterdam or Dordrecht.
