Join a 100-hour Hatha Flow and Yoga Nidra teacher training in the heart of Bali, guided by Odona Farska and Chris Thompson-Lang. Set in the lush surroundings of Ubud, this immersive experience invites you to slow down, reconnect, and deepen your relationship with yoga through movement, stillness, and self-inquiry.
A journey of movement, stillness, and self-discovery
Held in the grounding beauty of Bali, this training is designed for anyone ready to strengthen their personal practice and grow with greater confidence as a teacher.
You will explore how to build meaningful, themed sequences, understand the relationship between breath and movement, and lead classes with clarity and intention. The program also includes pranayama techniques and the practice of holding space with presence and care.
In the Yoga Nidra portion, you will refine your voice and learn how to guide others into deep rest in a way that feels natural, authentic, and supportive.
Travel and insurance are not included in the cost.
This module builds the foundations for intelligent, creative, and intentional Hatha Flow classes. You will learn to design sequences shaped by themes, peak postures, and energetic intention, helping you guide students through balanced and meaningful practices. The focus is on developing confidence in planning and teaching classes that feel cohesive, purposeful, and engaging from start to finish.
This module introduces the theory and practice of Yoga Nidra as a guided system of conscious relaxation. You will learn how to structure and deliver sessions that encourage deep rest, nervous system regulation, and inner awareness. Special attention is given to the technical and experiential aspects of guiding, including voice, pacing, and storytelling, so you can hold space for restorative practice with confidence.
Your teachers bring warmth, integrity, and decades of experience to support your journey. With a genuine love for teaching, they will guide you with compassion and presence.
