Enjoy wholesome vegetarian meals, unwind with holistic massage and soak up the sun on beautiful white-sand beaches. By the end of the week, you may return home feeling stronger, lighter and full of joy.

Classes

Led by experienced, world-class teachers, the daily schedule includes a rich variety of yoga and Pilates classes suitable for all levels.

The programme is thoughtfully paced, giving you the chance to join every session while still leaving space for treatments, exploration or simple relaxation. You are free to shape the week in the way that suits you best.

To honour this special time of year, the retreat also includes additional meditation sessions focused on peace, compassion and gratitude. Festive activities such as crafts and an essential oils make-and-take workshop add a playful seasonal touch.

Food

Food is at the heart of the Azulfit experience. Every meal is prepared with care and intention, creating a complete dining programme that nourishes the body and satisfies the senses.

Across the week, guests enjoy balanced, plant-based and generous meals with a strong focus on flavour and variety. Shared mealtimes are a chance to reconnect, recharge and enjoy one of the highlights of the retreat.

Special New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day meals are also included, offering traditional festive dishes with a healthy wellbeing twist. They are a delicious reminder that celebratory food can be both satisfying and nourishing.

Venue

Surya Retreat in Fuerteventura provides a stunning setting for this special week. Nestled among volcanoes and overlooking the sea, the villa blends beautifully with its surroundings.

With classic Spanish architecture, whitewashed walls and striking wooden beams, the property opens onto a flower-filled courtyard with palm trees. The kitchen and lounge form the welcoming heart of the retreat, warmed by a wood-burning fire and framed by ocean and countryside views.

Outside, spacious gardens invite you to relax by the swimming pool, jacuzzi hot tub or sun loungers. Hammocks offer shaded rest, while patio seating creates the perfect spot for reading or connecting with new friends.

All morning classes are followed by brunch at 10:15, and inclusive evening meals are served at 19:30.

• Wednesday: Bhakti n backbends: the heart sutra; Free afternoon for treatments, relaxing, exploring
• Thursday: Vipassana: Volcano walk; Yin to Restorative yoga
• Friday: Exploring upside down: head, shoulder & hand stands; Farewell Practice: Putting it all together

A fantastic week. We came back feeling loved, rested and healthy. The yoga and Pilates sessions were suitable for all levels. The food was amazing and the staff were all lovely. We're already looking at when we can go again.
