
Participants are invited to connect in a small group outside class time. This program is intended for practitioners who want to strengthen their practice, deepen their understanding, and build meaningful relationships with others on the path. Attendance at all five sessions is encouraged. Joining the first class is required, and once the series begins, it will be closed to new participants.

This five-month in-person program creates space for people in their 30s and 40s to practice together in community. Each session includes meditation, dharma talks, discussion, and activities designed to support connection. Between meetings, participants will receive practices, readings, and/or brief written reflections to complete, along with encouragement to meet in a small group outside class time. The program is designed for practitioners who want to strengthen their practice, deepen their understanding, and form meaningful connections with others on the path. Attendance at all five sessions is encouraged, and the first class is required for participation. Once the series begins, it will be closed to new participants.
