Practice and support for every body
During your retreat in Andalusia, we begin with the first series of Ashtanga yoga. At the start, the exercises are intentionally simplified. Yoga blocks and straps are used as helpful supports, allowing your body to gradually prepare for the full postures. This introduction to the Ashtanga method helps release blockages and has a calming effect on the mind. We settle into a meditative state where movement and breath rhythm become one. In this way, body, mind, and soul connect in deep harmony.
A powerful experience for your body
The Ashtanga yoga practice in our retreat in Spain is intense and sweat-inducing. If you want to shape and tone your body while exploring its limits, Ashtanga yoga in Conil is the right choice for you.
In each session, we practice demanding positions. A basic level of fitness is helpful, but not absolutely necessary. If you have any limitations involving your back or knees, please speak with me in advance. Every asana can be individually adapted and simplified to help prevent injury. Our focus is always on your physical well-being, so each class remains a healthy and safe experience.
