This cacao ceremony is a powerful heart-opening experience rooted in ancient Aztec and Mayan traditions from Mexico and Central America. More than a symbolic ritual, cacao is regarded as a medicinal therapy, with scientific evidence supporting its ability to cleanse and strengthen the heart thanks to its high magnesium content.
Gathered in a circle, participants share a sacred plant medicine that has long been associated with ancestral remembrance and spiritual connection. Guided by specific songs, the journey invites each person inward, encouraging reflection, heart expansion, and a deeper connection to unconditional love. Cacao is seen as the blood of lineage, helping reconnect us with ancestral memory while supporting inner work and the release of limiting beliefs, trauma, and anything that may block the soul’s path.
The intention of the ceremony is to move beyond the illusion of mind, body, and emotions, and to remember the spirit within. Native shamanic tools are part of the experience, including drumming, feather cleansing, smudging, medicinal cacao, and shamanic sound journeys with didgeridoo, ancestral songs, and flutes. These sound vibrations are used to support deep inner release, guidance, and healing.
Guests are encouraged to eat lightly during the day and, if possible, fast for 3 hours before arrival.
