Advanced Yoga Training Course

This advanced yoga training course is designed for practitioners who already have experience on the mat, as well as for yoga teachers seeking to deepen their understanding.

It offers an in-depth exploration of the essence of yoga and meditation, along with therapeutic yoga training intended to support work with various health conditions.

Delivered by PDI AyurYoga, the course presents a scientific perspective on yoga practices, including teaching methods, goals, and approach.

Teachers in this tradition develop a strong understanding not only of the physical body, anatomy, and postural alignment, but also of the subtle and pranic dimensions of experience and awareness.

The teachings take place in the calm, pristine setting of the PDI resort. As a fully residential course, it gives participants the chance not only to learn techniques and skills, but also to immerse themselves in yoga as a vibrant, living way of life.

Only simple asanas and pranayamas that can be practiced by most people are taught in the course. It is open to adults aged 18 and above who wish to share advanced yoga training within their community, with friends, and with family in an informal way.

Accommodation charges are extra. Accommodation is available from € 100 to € 300 per week.
