Description
Advanced yoga is a deeper, more intense and more conscious level of yoga practice, designed for those who already have a solid foundation and want to further expand their physical, respiratory and spiritual capabilities. This practice includes more complex asanas (postures), more advanced pranayama (breath control) techniques and forms of meditation that help achieve a deeper balance of body and mind.
During the classes, special attention is paid to:
Precise asana techniques - deepening the body's position, alignment and energy flows.
For the development of strength, flexibility and endurance - more complex balances, backbends, inversions are performed.
For breathing and awareness - the ability to maintain inner peace even in intense poses is developed.
For spiritual practice - deeper self-knowledge is sought through meditation and concentration.
Advanced yoga is for practitioners who want to go beyond the usual, improve their technique, strengthen the body and calm the mind. It is a journey to inner strength, flexibility and awareness.
