Description

I'm Simona Teres, a yoga teacher whose journey started from a desire to know herself, her body and her breath better. For me, yoga is not only a physical practice, but also a way to create a connection between movement, awareness and stillness.

In my classes, I aim for every movement to be a meditation and every breath to be a new step towards inner balance. My practice combines Vinyasa Flow, strengthening and flexibility exercises, breathing (pranayama) techniques and meditation.

I am a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 certified teacher, I lead live practices in Kaunas and online, and I organise thematic workshops ranging from spaghetti splits and hip opening to inversions and detox breathing.

My goal is to help people find pleasure in movement, strengthen the body without tension and develop awareness through breathing and inner silence. I want each of my classes to be a time for myself - a respite from the everyday, a return to myself.

I invite you to join me in a practice where movement becomes a dance and the breath becomes a guide.
