This training serves as an entry point into the world of holistic womb work and prepares you to step into practice as a certified practitioner.

Participants are guided in how to use the gentle power of touch with intention, release energetic blockages in the womb space, and support the natural flow of energy through the female pelvis.

Ritual elements, traditional cloth techniques, and the use of local women’s herbal knowledge make this a deeply nourishing complementary and spiritual healing approach for the female womb space.

At the end of the program, all participants receive a certificate as an “Abdominal Womb Healing Practitioner.” The training includes both energetic healing methods intended for energetic practitioners and elements that may only be practiced with the appropriate professional qualification.

Short Description:

The focus of this training is the touch-based work with the female womb space. Even if the uterus is no longer present as a physical organ, ancient wisdom remains in the lower abdomen. This is where the power of creation, primordial femininity, and profound healing live.

The womb influences the entire energy field. When it is out of balance physically or energetically, the whole system is affected as well.

Through mindful womb work, this method helps restore a deep connection to the female pelvis and opens the door to conscious perception, an honest inner voice, natural inner cycles, and the womb itself.

Training Content:

BASIC KNOWLEDGE

• Anatomy & physiology
  – Structure, function, and support systems of the female pelvis
  – Introduction to gentle palpation of the lower abdomen
  – Mindful, non-medical palpation of the lower abdominal area
  – Subtle energetic structures of the womb
  – Introduction to the energetic field of the female womb space and its connection to emotional and spiritual levels
  – Development of sensitivity, energetic awareness, and inner trust
  – You will learn to hold a safe space with presence and clarity and deepen your skills as a guide on energetic and trauma-sensitive levels.

  – Trauma-sensitive bodywork in the lower abdomen: why safe support matters

Who is this training for?

This training is designed for energetic practitioners, body therapists, naturopaths, doulas, midwives, massage therapists, physicians, sexological bodyworkers, and all women who work deeply with other women and want to expand their healing abilities.
No prior experience is required, although experience in women’s bodywork is an advantage.
