Morning Mat Pilates Sessions
- Rise and Align: A full-body Pilates class focused on alignment and resistance training.
- At the Beach - Waves and Core: A Pilates session using props for a complete-body workout, with core engagement and the added challenge of external weights, all set by the sea.
- Barre Sunrise: A 1-hour barre class centered on the lower body, with resistance, cardio, and alignment work.
- On the Sand - Sand and Stability: An energizing beach barre practice designed to build stronger legs and core stability.
- Burn Barre Burn: A powerful lower-body workout with stability work, props, and rhythm, ending with a core-focused finale.
- Mermaid Sculpt: A sculpting session with heavier weights, designed to align, strengthen, and tone, followed by a 15-20 minute HIIT workout.
Sunset Yoga
- At the Beach - Flow with the Tide: A gentle yoga practice combining breathwork with the soothing sound of the ocean.
- Golden Hour Stretch: A session focused on stretching, breath, and mobility after a full day.
- Sundown Hip Flow: A yoga practice created to open and improve hip mobility.
- Open Your Chest, Loosen Your Heart: A soft sunset yoga session supporting shoulder and chest opening.
- Yoga and the Moon: A practice that sets a meaningful intention for the next six months through asanas.
- Low and Slow: A calm sunrise yoga session emphasizing breath awareness and full-body mobility.
Pilates class types further explained:
- Barre: A 1-hour workout set to uplifting music, combining Pilates techniques, bands for abdominal resistance, isometric movements, and guided stretches.
- Sculpt: A 1-hour class using heavier weights and Tabata-style intervals—20 seconds of high intensity followed by 10 seconds of rest—to support strength, muscle engagement, and toning.
- Power Pilates: A dynamic Pilates class with weights and resistance bands, designed to build strength, stability, flexibility, and core power while improving posture.
Each class is thoughtfully designed to offer something for every guest, regardless of experience. Whether your goal is strength, flexibility, or simply enjoying the process, the program offers a balanced mix of challenge and relaxation.
Optional tours and activities include a cenote excursion and a snorkeling day. In your free time, you can relax on the beach, bike through the jungle, swim in the pool, paddle board, kayak, unwind in a hammock with a book and the ocean breeze, or explore more of the beautiful Mayan Riviera with support from Copal Retreat.

- The day begins with sunrise mat pilates, followed by a delicious breakfast.
- After breakfast, you may head out on an excursion, enjoy a massage, or spend free time by the pool or beach, take a bike ride, use the paddle boards, or plan additional activities.
- A healthy, satisfying lunch will be served before your afternoon plans.
- The day closes with a relaxing sunset yoga class and a delicious multi-course dinner.
