Description
Kundalini Yoga is a deeply transformative branch of yoga, often described as the “yoga of awareness.” This immersion explores the dormant Kundalini Shakti energy said to rest at the base of the spine, using breath, sound, and consciousness rather than relying mainly on physical postures.
Guided by a blend of Kriya sequences, Pranayama and meditation, Mantra chanting, Mudra, Bandha, and Kundalini Tantra techniques, the practice is designed to awaken energy gradually and move it through the seven chakras. The result is greater clarity, expanded awareness, and a sense of inner change. Our Kundalini yoga TTC in Rishikesh also teaches the methodology needed to guide others through this process safely.
Whether you are starting your teacher journey or looking to deepen an established practice, this programme offers a focused path for dedicated personal practice. The 7 / 14-Day Kundalini Immersion includes daily Kundalini kriyas and meditation, Pranayama, mantra and sound healing, flexible scheduling with join-any-1st intake, a smaller group setting with highly personalised attention, and a Certificate of Completion.
All fees include accommodation at our Tapovan ashram, three sattvic meals per day, course materials, certification, and weekend excursions along the Ganga. There are no hidden charges.
New batches start on the 1st of every month throughout the year. October to March is the peak season in Rishikesh, with pleasant weather between 15–25°C, though all months are available. Because group size is limited to 15 students, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance.

Designed for comfort and ease, this accommodation is available as either a private room or a shared room, each with an attached bathroom for added convenience. Guests can settle in knowing that daily housekeeping helps keep the space fresh and welcoming throughout their stay, while fresh linen and towels are provided for a simple, stress-free experience.
Practical comforts are thoughtfully covered as well, with 24/7 hot water and electricity available across the property. High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the campus, making it easy to stay connected when needed.
