Six days can be enough to create real change — not in a loud or dramatic way, but in the quieter, more lasting sense. Over time, the nervous system begins to soften. The breath becomes fuller. The constant mental noise eases into the background, and from that calmer space, you start to hear yourself more clearly.

This signature retreat begins with pickup from Rio de Janeiro on day one and carries you into the mountains and forest, where the pace shifts away from productivity and toward presence.

Across six days, you will practise yoga each morning with Rie in the open-air shala. You will enjoy meals made from ingredients that were growing in the surrounding soil only hours earlier. You will walk through trails in 80 years of planted Atlantic Forest, swim in the pool, spend time in silence, and share meals with just 2 to 3 other guests who are on the same path.

The property has belonged to Christian's family for more than 80 years. His great-grandfather planted over 60,000 trees here and described it as his paradise on Earth. In 2009, the land became part of Teresópolis Municipal Nature Park. It is a place with deep roots, and that presence is felt immediately upon arrival.

About your guide

Rie is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher from India, with a focus on Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin. She is also a trained Reiki practitioner, sound therapist, breathwork guide, and a graduate of a 10-day Vipassana silent retreat in Guatemala. Her approach is warm, intuitive, and highly personal — each session is shaped around the people in the room, meeting them exactly where they are. With years of international teaching experience, Rie holds a space that feels both safe and deeply transformative.
