Step into a deeply restorative learning experience with this 50-hour Yin Yoga teacher training in Bali. Designed for anyone seeking calm, flexibility, and a more balanced way of living, this course also supports fitness enthusiasts and athletes who want to improve mobility and reduce the risk of injury. Through long-held postures that work into the ligaments, fascia, and tendons, Yin Yoga offers a quiet counterbalance to fast-paced modern life, helping to refresh the body, steady the mind, and support overall wellbeing.
Unlike more active yoga styles, Yin Yoga is slow, passive, and meditative. It is especially helpful for areas where tension commonly builds, such as the hips, chest, lower back, and legs. By using props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets, students can explore the practice safely and comfortably. This training is suitable for all levels, including beginners, intermediate practitioners, and advanced students, and it offers the tools to deepen personal practice or begin teaching Yin Yoga with confidence.

THE HISTORY OF YIN YOGA
Rooted in China and guided by Taoist principles, Yin Yoga reflects the relationship between Yin and Yang: stillness and movement, quiet and energy, night and day. While popular dynamic styles such as Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and power yoga emphasize strength and speed, Yin Yoga invites softness, patience, and inward focus. Postures are generally held for 3–5 minutes or longer to reach deeper tissues and support both physical and mental release. Drawing on Traditional Chinese Medicine, the practice also works with meridians connected to organs, emotions, and sensations, helping restore energetic balance and bring practitioners back to presence.
