The package includes airport transfers from Liberia Airport, daily beach transfers, yoga twice a day, meditation, three vegetarian meals daily, and all taxes. Additional nights are available at a discounted rate of USD 100 per person, with all retreat privileges included.

The daily rhythm begins with yoga at 7:30 in the morning, followed by breakfast. Lunch is served at 1:30 in the afternoon, and the second yoga session takes place at 5:30, followed by dinner.
A complimentary beach shuttle runs at 10:00am, 1:00pm, and 4:00pm. In between, there is plenty of free time to head to the beach or join one of the many optional excursions available at an extra cost.
Optional outings include visits to local attractions such as volcanoes, animal rescues, zip lining, catamaran sailing, and more.
The lodge is located near four of Costa Rica’s most popular beaches: Playa Tamarindo, Playa Grande, Playa Conchal, and Playa Avellanas.
It overlooks the Canafistula valley, with beautiful views from every chalet.
Weather cannot be guaranteed, but from November through May it is usually sunny and dry.
During June, July, and August, tropical showers are possible, though they typically pass quickly.
September and October are the rainy season, with plenty of sunshine still present, but afternoon clouds and rain several times a week in the evenings can be expected.
Electrical outlets are the same as in the USA or Canada.
The best option is to fly into Liberia Airport, where pickup is provided at no extra cost.
No visa is required, but your passport must be valid for at least 6 months.

His intuitive teaching style is adapted to the needs of the group, with classes that may include Movement Restorative, Vinyasa flow, and Slow practice.
