Bali Yoga School welcomes students from around the world to experience a structured and immersive 100-hour yoga teacher training in Canggu, Bali.
This course forms the first stage of the 200-hour yoga teacher training pathway and focuses on teaching methodology as well as essential theory, including benefits, contraindications, and safe practice. The curriculum is designed to be balanced, giving students time to rest and maintain their energy throughout the training. It is intended as a strong foundation for anyone beginning a career in yoga teaching or seeking to continue along the yogic path.
Our mission is to support self-transformation, self-inspiration, and self-discipline through yoga. At our Bali yoga school, students explore traditional Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa flow teachings while gaining a deeper understanding of the connection between emotions, inner well-being, and external health. The program combines practical and theoretical study to offer a well-rounded learning experience.
During the course, students build the skills needed for a healthy, safe, and beneficial yoga practice. The training includes mantra chanting, yoga postures, pranayama, mudras, bandhas, yoga philosophy, meditation, yoga nidra, and cleansing practices. A certificate is awarded upon completion, supporting students in their professional development. All courses are Yoga Alliance USA certified.

Daily schedule: 5:30 AM morning bell; 6:00–7:00 AM shatkarma and pranayama; 7:00–8:30 AM Hatha/Vinyasa flow yoga; 9:00 AM breakfast; 10:00–11:00 AM yoga philosophy; 11:00 AM–12:00 PM meditation; 12:00–1:00 PM alignment/adjustment/teaching methodology; 2:00–3:00 PM rest time; 3:00–4:00 PM yoga anatomy & physiology; 4:00–5:30 PM Ashtanga yoga; 5:30 PM tea break; 7:00–8:00 PM dinner; 9:00 PM lights off.
The training begins on the 1st of every month at 5:00 PM with an opening ceremony and orientation, and concludes on the 6th of every month. Guests are encouraged to arrive one day early. Check-in is available from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with one complimentary night before the course starts. Check-out on the final day is between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
The nearest airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), approximately 20 km from the Canggu campus. Complimentary airport pickup from DPS is included in the course fee.
Accommodation is offered in private air-conditioned rooms, providing comfort, privacy, and space for reflection. Students may also relax by the swimming pool or spend free time journaling and connecting with fellow participants.

Plant-based meals are served with care, hygiene, and a focus on ahimsa. Meal times are breakfast 09:00–10:00, lunch 12:00–13:00, and dinner 19:00–20:00. Lunch and dinner are not served on Sundays.
Included in the program: airport pickup, 3 daily vegetarian/vegan meals, 1 complimentary Balinese massage, Yoga Alliance accredited certificate, weekend excursions, weekday events, complimentary Wi-Fi, school t-shirt and bag, course materials, PDF manuals, yoga mats and props, and access to the on-site swimming pool.
Dress code: Please bring 1 or 2 sets of white clothing for the opening and graduation ceremonies.
