Sound bowl healing with our Reiki practitioner also helps encourage chakra balancing, while Reiki yoga therapy, sound meditation, and chanting work together to refresh both body and spirit.

Your yoga teacher and Reiki Master will lead you through yoga breathing, or pranayama, to help bring your energy back into harmony and support chakra healing. In just three days, your chakra cleansing can be complete. Whether your focus is yoga for weight loss, restorative yoga, or mindfulness meditation, we are here to support your journey. A Reiki retreat paired with yoga classes brings together two ancient disciplines that naturally complement one another, and this is at the heart of our spiritual retreats.

Yoga Reiki Retreat Highlights

The Yoga Reiki retreat at Marina Yoga includes two daily yoga therapy classes and meditation sessions. We offer a range of yoga classes in Krabi, Thailand, suitable for students of all levels and abilities. This is a truly distinctive yoga retreat experience in Thailand, where you can enjoy the full range of holistic healing practices available at Marina Yoga. A Reiki treatment in Thailand with our Reiki Master can help release blocked energy and open new pathways for growth. Guests also enjoy daily yoga therapy and meditation in Thailand. You will have the opportunity for a one-on-one sound bowl healing meditation using crystal singing bowls and Tibetan singing bowls in Thailand. To support holistic health, you may also choose to try ear candling for aura cleansing and sinus health.

We are a vegetarian yoga retreat. Breakfast is included at our Thailand yoga health retreat, with fresh fruit, homemade bread, and muesli served each day to support your yoga detox in Thailand. Free wifi is available throughout our yoga resort in Thailand, along with several complimentary facilities, including a swimming pool, lounge, and fitness center. We understand that every body has different needs, so at this Thailand yoga reiki retreat we also offer gluten-free and vegetarian options, and we follow the principles of yoga and Ayurveda in Thailand. Lunch and dinner are also available at our yoga meditation retreat.
