Do you feel the invitation to slow down, reconnect, and open your heart to the wisdom of both your inner and outer worlds? Are you seeking a space where ancestral plant medicine and integrative therapies meet to support a deep return to yourself and a fuller embodiment of what you receive?
This Wachuma Reconnect Retreat offers a gentle yet profound journey into stillness, movement, contemplation, laughter, and silence. Guided by the sacred medicine of Wachuma (San Pedro), you are invited to reconnect with your essence through a heart-centered process of healing, expansion, and deeper connection to yourself and the world around you.
Alongside the wisdom of the medicine, the retreat weaves in Inner Child therapy to support emotional processing, reveal hidden patterns, and help you integrate your experience in a meaningful and lasting way.
One of our Maestros will guide the ceremony during your retreat.
A Deeply Guided & Integrative Experience
From the moment you arrive, you will be welcomed into a caring and supportive environment, with every detail designed to hold your process with presence and attention.
Day 1: Grounding & Preparation – After arrival, you will begin with the first Inner Child session in the morning, followed by the second Inner Child session in the afternoon. These sessions are designed to help you go deeper into your personal process, open your heart, and prepare for the journey ahead. You will also have time to rest, reflect, and enjoy nourishing meals as you settle into the retreat.
Day 2: Wachuma Ceremony – The ceremony begins in the morning and unfolds across the day with moments of stillness, movement, music, connection with nature, and deep introspection. In the evening, you will be served a nourishing soup and something light to eat. The ceremony closes with an act of gratitude to Pachamama and the Apus (Mountain Spirits), followed by a quiet evening for integration.
Day 3: Integration & Closing – The morning starts with a group sharing circle, and afterward you will complete the retreat with the final Inner Child integration session, helping you understand and anchor your experience.
Throughout the retreat, organic flow is held with care, and you are encouraged to move, rest, or reflect as needed. Whether through deep silence, laughter, walks in nature, or quiet time alone, Wachuma continues working within you, supporting reconnection with your inner wisdom and the world around you.
This retreat is ideal for those who wish to experience Wachuma in an intentional and supportive setting, while also engaging in therapeutic practices that deepen self-awareness and emotional healing.
Starting day: Friday, and sometimes on a Wednesday. If this starting day does not fit your schedule, please send us a message.
After your retreat, you will have the possibility to join an online integration community. You will receive the link to the community by e-mail after your retreat has concluded.
