A 3-day course designed to introduce you to the ancient practice of sound bowl healing.
Madan Yoga offers 3-day sound bowl courses, lasting around 10 hours, in and around Pokhara, Nepal, for yogis and curious learners who want to explore this timeless healing art more deeply. For centuries, monks and shamans have used these bowls for different healing purposes, and today they are widely recognized for sound therapy that supports both body and mind. The resonant tones of singing bowls can bring about a profound sense of calm, peace, and relaxation, naturally guiding the mind into a meditative state. On a physical level, the vibrations are believed to stimulate the blood vessels, lymphs, nerves, veins, and muscles, helping release blockages and ease areas of tension.
If you would like to learn the technique yourself, this 3-day course will teach you a range of methods for playing the bowls, as well as how to lead others through a beautiful sound healing session.
