




The Mandali Experience is the center’s signature in-house retreat programme, created for those who want to step away from everyday pressures, reconnect with themselves, and enjoy deep rest. Led by a talented and inspiring team of teachers, it invites you to settle into your natural rhythm and explore the beauty of simplicity through yoga, meditation, self-care, and time in nature.
Thoughtfully designed for all levels, this retreat includes:
* Qi-Gong is offered only when clearly listed on the schedule provided upon arrival.
When you arrive, you will be welcomed as a group and introduced to the other participants and teachers, the programme, and Mandali’s beautiful surroundings. If you wish, you can also stop by the front desk to arrange a gentle walk and learn about local trails and points of interest. From that moment on, the experience is yours to shape, with the freedom to join as much or as little of the programme as feels right.
This is an invitation to move at your own pace throughout the retreat. You may choose an early morning class, sleep in and enjoy a quiet breakfast, relax in the hot tub with lake views, rest in your room, meditate on your veranda, or take a peaceful walk through the grounds. This is your time.
