Train to teach Restorative Yoga with Virginia Gallagher and Savana Harwood in a setting designed for deep learning and renewal. This style supports profound physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, guiding students to hold postures for extended periods with the support of props, calming music, and clear verbal cues. At its core, Restorative Yoga works to reset and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping reduce stress while encouraging long, meditative stretches that support the nervous and immune systems.
Rooted in mindfulness, this approach invites you to slow down and explore the quieter, more reflective side of yoga. It offers a valuable way to expand both your teaching methods and your understanding of the practice. Hours may be applied toward a 300-hour certificate through Hot Asana Yoga University or toward Yoga Alliance continuing education requirements.
Tuition: $800 per person, including tuition and shared accommodations.
