With Chloe Groudas, LMT, ERYT 500, and Hot Asana Yoga University Lead Trainer, this 25-hour advanced training offers an in-depth exploration of fascia and its connection to yoga asana. Hosted at Hot Asana Southern Pines, the module runs November 6-8, 2026, with sessions on Friday from 5-9pm, Saturday from 8am-8pm, and Sunday from 8am-5pm. Tuition is $450.
Designed for teachers and dedicated practitioners, this immersive experience blends anatomy, movement, and hands-on myofascial release work. Participants will study the fascia system in greater detail and learn how myofascial release can support mobility, recovery, and a more effective movement practice. Chloe will guide you through an anatomical review of the head, neck, shoulders, and upper trunk, helping you identify key trigger points and apply practical techniques with tools such as lacrosse balls, foam rollers, and yoga blocks.
This training is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the body while gaining skills you can use both personally and in the classroom.
