As a Yoga Alliance registered school at both 200-hour and 500-hour levels, as well as a YACEP provider, the training is grounded in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga while supporting deep self-development and professional growth. The curriculum draws from foundational yogic texts including the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Vedanta, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Tantric Yoga, and more. Alongside these traditional teachings, the methodology integrates biomechanics, therapeutic alignment, and intelligent sequencing, bringing ancient wisdom and modern science into daily life both on and off the mat.

The course takes place in Palaiochora, South Crete, Greece, on the island’s southern edge facing the Libyan Sea. Known for its excellent weather and long summers, Palaiochora is one of the most beautiful towns in the Chania region. The village sits on a small peninsula bordered by two beautiful beaches with sand and pebbles, and the drive from Chania is about 75 kilometres through striking Cretan scenery.
The venue is an eco-cottage retreat and seminar center between Palaiochora and Anydri village. Surrounded by a stunning natural landscape, it is only a short drive from pristine beaches and the village, or about a 20-minute trek down a canyon. Accommodation is in shared twin or triple rooms, with single rooms possibly available on request. Students have access to two fully equipped kitchens, plus a small third kitchen in the yoga room. There are also two practice spaces: one indoor and one outdoor.
Food is not included. This allows participants to follow their own dietary preferences and manage their budget more easily. Grocery stores and supermarkets are available in the village, and students may prepare brunch in the shared kitchens. Dinner can be enjoyed at beach taverns serving fresh local food, or cooked on site. Vegetarian and vegan options are widely available, including at every tavern, and there is also a vegetarian restaurant in the village.
Travel arrangements are organized by participants. Support can be provided with directions from Chania or Heraklion airport, taxi booking, and bus information. Buses run regularly from Chania to Palaiochora, making the journey simple. Closer to the start date, participants arriving at similar times may be connected so they can share transport.
Please bring your own yoga mat, two blocks, a strap, at least two notebooks, and a white outfit for the graduation ceremony. The training manual will be provided on the first day, and reading material will be sent by email after registration so you can prepare in advance.
