The program is intended to support you in developing mastery of traditional Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, while also introducing the practice and understanding of Mantra, Karma, Bhakti, Jnana, Dhyana, and Kundalini Yoga. Eligibility to join the course
This 200-hour training is open to everyone, regardless of background, nationality, or religion. It is designed to open a path toward greater hope and a better life. Students should be under 18 or over 60 years of age.
Certification
For new and aspiring yoga teachers, a 200-hour certification offers a valuable introduction to ancient knowledge of health, harmony, and well-being. It is one of the most recognized minimum standards for teaching yoga today. Yoga Alliance has played an important role in establishing regulations for yoga education and teaching, as well as setting standards for yoga schools and yoga professionals worldwide. After successful completion of this course at an RYS 200 yoga school, participants are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance, USA as RYT 200.
Upon completion of the 200-hour yoga teacher training in Nepal, students will receive a 200-hour certificate, which may allow them to register with Yoga Alliance or another yoga federation in their country. The training offers fresh insight into all areas of yogic practice and provides an opportunity to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
