Hosted by Bali Yoga School, this residential program is rooted in the traditional teachings of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Vinyasa flow. The training is designed to present yoga in its authentic form, with a curriculum that explores asanas, kriya, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, bandhas, yoga philosophy, and teaching methodology. Guided by experienced facilitators, the course supports both personal development and professional growth, helping students connect with yoga on mental, physical, and spiritual levels.
All courses are certified by Yoga Alliance USA and Yoga Alliance International, allowing graduates to teach worldwide as certified yoga teachers. The school welcomes a maximum of 25 to 30 students per course, ensuring a focused, respectful environment and a dynamic, holistic learning experience. The full training is conducted in English, and participants should have at least a basic understanding of the language.
Arrival & Departure Dates:
The course begins on the 1st of every month at 10:00 AM with an opening ceremony and orientation program. To attend the opening, students are asked to arrive one day before the course start date. The training concludes on the 25th of every month at 7:00 PM with a graduation and fire ceremony led by the graduates and their masters. Departure is scheduled for the 25th of every month before 12:00 PM. In a separate schedule, the course also begins on the 1st of every month at 5:00 PM and ends on the 6th of every month. For this version, check-in is available from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a complimentary night’s stay before the course starts. Final check-out is between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
Accommodation
Accommodation is offered in private, air-conditioned rooms, providing comfort, privacy, and space for recovery throughout the training. During free time, participants can relax by the swimming pool, journal in their private room, or connect with fellow students and share experiences from the day. The management team maintains high standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the stay.
200-hours Multi-Style YTTC Fees
An advance booking fee is required to secure a place in the course. Booking fees can be paid via Razorpay, Western Union, bank transfer, or TransferWise. After the advance deposit is received, an official booking confirmation letter will be sent. The remaining balance may be paid on arrival at the school by credit card, debit card, or cash.
