I completed my TTC back in October 2022. The yoga classes and tutorials were packed with information, laughters and insight. The yoga teachers and instructors had so much to share about practice but in a fun environment. I learnt so much, both on and off the mat.
Now that I am teaching yoga, I can say that the course definitely prepared me to teach the foundations of yoga, allowing me to share why we practice yoga. The course allowed me to incorporate Yoga Philosophy into my classes. It opened my knowledge to understand the human body in the physical aspect and recognise the connection of the mind and body. This is now a big part of my teachings.
A great aspect of this TTC was the pedagogy of teaching yoga, particularly how to cue and guide students through a Vinyasa Flow. I would recommend this Yoga Training 100%!!
Sofia, Germany – October 2024
Over three weeks, you will deepen your connection to your inner self in a small and supportive group. With no more than 12 students, our experienced teachers are able to offer personal guidance, space for questions, and meaningful discussion. Whether you are new to yoga or already have experience, this training gives you the tools to strengthen your own practice and teach with confidence and authenticity.
You will graduate with a solid understanding of Vinyasa Flow, Functional Anatomy, and Ayurveda. The program blends modern knowledge with traditional wisdom, and you should be prepared for both physical and mental challenge. By the end of the course, you will also teach a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow class, adding practical teaching experience to your training.
We provide the space and support to learn, explore, and grow.
This 200-hour training in Goa includes Vinyasa Flow, Functional Anatomy, and Ayurveda.
Each morning begins with a dynamic Vinyasa Flow practice focused on key yoga postures, transitions, strength, and flexibility. Traditional Ashtanga alignment is paired with modern, functional movement to help you connect poses with breath and build fluidity in your practice.
Styles explored include:
You will develop strength, flexibility, and mobility while gaining the foundation needed to practice and teach Vinyasa Flow. You will also leave with fresh inspiration for your future classes.
During the first week, you will begin with a modified version of the Ashtanga series and gradually work toward the full sequence. Options are offered to make postures more accessible while still learning the complete practice. This prepares you for Self Practice (Mysore) classes and creates a strong base for creative Vinyasa work.
Key postures include:
By the end of this module, you will understand the Ashtanga Primary Series and how to link breath with movement from one pose to the next.
Rocket Vinyasa brings energy, creativity, and fun into the course. Guided by Julia, this playful practice emphasizes arm balances, inversions, and inventive transitions. Built from the Primary and Intermediate Ashtanga series, it is often referred to as Progressive Ashtanga.
This is your time to have fun and explore in a playful way.
This module focuses on how to teach yoga effectively to different levels. You will gain hands-on experience designing and leading a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow class, building your confidence and teaching skills step by step.

This interactive module helps you understand how the body moves in yoga and how to adapt your practice to your own physical abilities and limitations. You will also explore how props can support accessibility in postures.
Topics include:
You will better understand why certain postures feel challenging and how to modify your practice to support your body. This knowledge helps create a safer, more mindful yoga practice.
